How to Use Harley Davidson Logo Wallpaper

Harley Davidson wallpaper is a great way to display your love of the brand and the bikes, but it’s also easy to overdo and turn a statement of admiration into something that’s tacky and a little over the top.
To avoid overdoing it, keep reading for ideas on how you can use Harley Davidson wallpaper in your home without letting it take over the premises or your interior design.
One Wall at a Time
Instead of papering your entire family room in Harley Davidson wallpaper, try doing just one wall and see how it goes. By doing this, you’re making that wall a center piece or what’s called an “accent” or “focus” wall.
You can compliment your Harley Davidson wall by painting the other walls white or orange to pull out the other colors in the Harley logo.
Every Logo Has Its Place
This could depend on your devotion to the brand, but the formal dining room may not be the best place for Harley Davidson wallpaper. Instead, it’s probably better suited to the basement, den, workshop, playroom or family room.
Go Big or Go Small
When it comes to repeating patterns, you’re better off going really small. For example, thousands of half-inch high Harley Davidson logos will look a lot better than 30 12-inch high logos.
This is because the pattern won’t be in proportion to other elements in the room.
Alternatively, you can go really back with one, giant wall mural of the Harley Davidson logo or a Harley symbol. This is a great way to create impact and really pull out a single wall. It can striking without being overbearing.
Get Off the Wall
Just because it’s wallpaper that doesn’t mean it has to go on the walls.
Think outside the box and show your Harley pride by papering things like your garage door, the shelves on your work bench, a table top or even the interiors of your cupboard doors.
Remember though, don’t use interior wallpaper on outdoor surfaces. Exposure to the elements will quickly fade, tear, and peel off any piece of wallpaper no matter how strong. For outdoor purposes, you’ll have to buy outdoor-graded vinyl decals.
Scrapbooking or Crafts
While most of us don’t think of scrapbooking when we think of Harley riders, that doesn’t mean they don’t do it too.
If you’re chronicling your latest cross-country ride or creating a memory page for a weekly riding club, Harley Davidson wallpaper makes a perfect background or photo framer.
Remember, Harley Davidson wallpaper might seem a little over the top at first, but it can work. Just use it sparingly and work it into your design instead of forcing it on top. And, of course, if it doesn’t work, you can always scrapbook with it.
